Race Day is a variation of the Endurance Fuel Bar BCAA's, designed to be thinner and easy to carry and chew. Key characteristics include:
- Smaller size and 40g weight.
- Increased figs and reduced dates to control the glycemic index, providing energy while reducing insulin peaks.
- Each bar contains 124 kcal and 21 to 25g of carbohydrates, depending on the flavor.
- Nuts have been removed for easier digestion, and pumpkin seeds add a crunchy texture while providing healthy fats and proteins.
- Made with organic ingredients such as pumpkin seeds, sunflower oil, and sultanas.
