Mail Orders - General Mail Orders receive free regular shipping on orders over $100. Orders below $100 and Express Postage have a $5 surcharge each.
Wholesale Orders- Customers buying at wholesale pricing will be charged a freight fee (including handling) relevant to their order.
If the products you have ordered are in stock, the goods will be usually be sent out within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) and transit is around 5-7 working days. International orders obviously take longer and will depend on the country your goods are being sent to.
You will receive a notification at the time when ordering online if an item is out of stock, and refunded if we are not able to fulfill the order.
Tracking information is provided when your order is despatched so you can follow its progress.
The post office and freight collections close at 4pm AE(D)ST daily. To give your order the best chance of shipping the same day, we suggest you get your orders in as early as possible.
We endeavour to despatch your orders in the most, timely and efficient manner we can, using the best suited freight option, for the products that need to be sent and their final destination. If you need it urgently please advise us accordingly.
We sometimes ship products via ‘Express’ options due to the value of the order. This is a means for us, of adding security to your valuable delivery.
Some of our products can only ship with a freight company due to the weight and/or the cubic volume of the packaging. Shipping with the postal services is not always the cheapest option.
For items shipped via ‘freight’, we require an ‘Attended Business Hours Address’. The freight companies will not leave the goods without a signature.
2nd Delivery Charges
In the situation where an attempted delivery of a parcel by courier service has failed you will be charged a 2nd Delivery Fee. This will be equivalent to the freight component of your order being charged a 2nd time.
To avoid these charges provide a delivery address that is attended during business hours; PO Boxes are not accepted. Advise us prior to shipping, or contact the freight company if the delivery address will be closed during regular business hours so they can manage
Wasn’t quite right? You may exchange most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Send your item back to us (remember to keep any tracking information) and we'll pay the return shipping costs of the exchanged item. Remember to include a note with your
order number for the returned item and what you would like the item to be exchanged for.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10
business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
