However, it is possible to customize the fit by bending the brake out or in up to about 5mm. For example, you could use the 100mm brake on a ski that is 105mm underfoot (waist) by carefully bending the brake legs out 5mm. You want the brake ends to barely miss the ski edges when going up and down.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBishop Telemark ski brakes can be easily installed and removed with a #2 Phillips screwdriver. Four brake sizes to choose from to fit your rig. It is possible to bend the brakes out or in 5mm for a ski that is a little wider or narrower than the stated brake size.
